About TTRI
TTRI was founded as a nonprofit (501C3) 15 years ago as a nonprofit institute dedicated to providing research in transportation that would provide innovative transportation solutions to trade barriers in both developed and emerging economies. Since that time, we have developed Managed Value Trade (MVT) [we need a clear, succinct statement on “what is MVT” here and repeated in the introduction of MVT Hub] as the conceptual foundation for achieving sustainable trade that builds growth economies in all regions of the world.
At TTRI, we identify the gaps and voids in the value chain that create challenges to trade and impede economic growth. TTRI then facilitates the development of networking desired results. Crowdsourcing (see Instacart, http://bit.ly/15Ibmff); crowdfunding; regional and global networking; creating value chains and value chain partnerships are among the collaborative solutions that produce the shortest paths to innovative results.
